Job Description
Our client, a leader in innovative aerospace and electronics manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Tech to join their team. As an Assembly Tech, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting drone vehicle assembly and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Shift: 7am-3:30pm
- What's the Job?
- + Assemble drone aircraft using hand tools to install parts and wiring according to detailed work instructions.
+ Interact with computer systems to follow build sequences and accurately document the assembly process.
+ Conduct product testing by executing various test scripts to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
+ Support vehicle assembly and testing activities, contributing to production readiness and process improvements.
+ Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize assembly workflows and enhance product quality.
- What's Needed?
- + Experience with assembly using hand tools, including fastening, bonding, and fit and finish techniques.
+ Basic electronic testing skills and familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to follow detailed work instructions and work effectively within a team environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
+ Preferred experience in aerospace assembly or consumer electronics manual assembly (2+ years).
