Job Description
We are seeking a Cable Assembler to join our team! You will build a wide range of custom audio, video and data cables. We'd prefer if you are already IPC certified or have cable assembly/soldering experience but we are willing to provide training otherwise.
We are hiring for either part-time or full-time. For those only interested in part time work we can offer flexible scheduling. We are a small company so you will have plenty of opportunities to cross train in other areas and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
Build a wide range of audio, video and other data cables Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products Use a variety of testing equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:
• IPC 620 or 610 certification or previous experience in cable assembly Any experience in a job shop or production environment. Strong attention to detail Analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of computer equipment and cables Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 35 lbs. Our Assembly Department is open from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday thru Friday. We do not have any weekend shifts.We are hiring for either part-time or full-time.
