This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and have a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll complete finished cabinets by installing drawers and doors, performing final quality checks, and making minor touch-ups when needed—working with precision to ensure each cabinet meets Bellmont's quality standards and is ready to move forward without rework. What You'll Do Install drawers and doors on finished cabinets, completing the final assembly process. Perform final quality inspections to ensure cabinets meet Bellmont's quality standards before wrapping and shipment. Identify imperfections and perform minor repairs or touch-ups as needed. Take ownership of the final appearance and functionality of each cabinet, knowing your work is the last step before it reaches the customer. Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards. Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall assembly quality. Maintain tools, equipment, and your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and product integrity. Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership. Assist other areas or departments as needed to support overall production goals. What You Bring Prior assembly or quality control experience, ideally in cabinetry, furniture, or a manufacturing environment, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate. Familiar with basic measurements and able to use a tape measure accurately. Willingness and ability to safely operate production machinery and equipment. Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance. Comfortable reading production schedules and job cards.
