$25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Full-Time, Day Shift Who We Are:
We are a growing fabrication and manufacturing company looking for a motivated Quality Control and Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety throughout their day and wants to grow into a leadership or management position in the future. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met, materials flow efficiently through the shop, and production stays on schedule.
What You'll Do:
Quality Control Perform dimensional inspections on parts coming off the laser and press brake. Conduct final fabrication inspections prior to shipment. Complete in-process inspections throughout various stages of production. Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Document inspection results and communicate quality concerns. Shipping & Receiving Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment. Receive and organize all inbound materials and inventory. Coordinate daily driver routes and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate outside trucking services. Maintain accurate receiving and shipping records. Production Support Assist production teams during downtime by helping with: Drill & Tap operations Saw operations Laser processing Press Brake operations General fabrication Make deliveries as needed. Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by management. Support overall shop efficiency and workflow. What's In It for

Have:
Previous manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and communication skills. Desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
The Musts:
Forklift experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a shop environment. Experience using shop tools and measuring devices. Ability to read blueprints and perform dimensional inspections. Strong problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Leadership potential and desire to move into management someday.
Preferred:
Quality Control experience. Fabrication experience. Laser operation experience. Press Brake experience. Shipping & Receiving experience. Experience coordinating deliveries and trucking schedules. Supervisory or leadership experience.
