Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team! This is not a production welding role , we need someone who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and creating quality work across a variety of custom projects.
What You'll Do:
Weld and fabricate using a variety of metals including steel, stainless, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Work independently and with a team to complete custom fabrication projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate tools and machinery related to metal fabrication
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques Ability to work on one-off and custom pieces (not mass production) Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with CNC plasma, press brakes, or other fabrication equipment Carpentry skills or a background working with wood A mechanically inclined mindset — someone who enjoys building, fixing, and figuring things out Welding certifications Qualifications A Fabrication Technician must work as a team and be able to perform all the duties listed above. As well as having 3-5 yrs. of fabrication experience, be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions. As well as being able to lift 50 lbs., work at various heights and on ladders, hold a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
