Available Shifts 1st Shift 2nd Shift Overtime opportunities available Machine Operator Responsibilities Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment Perform quality checks throughout production runs Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns to supervisors Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records Follow GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety requirements Ensure production goals and quality standards are met Packaging Line Worker Responsibilities Package food products according to customer specifications Label, inspect, and prepare finished products for shipment Keep packaging lines supplied with materials Verify product quality and report defects Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Support production teams to meet daily output goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing, food production, packaging, or machine operating experience is preferred but not required Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed Excellent attendance and reliability required Must have reliable transportation Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Work With Co-Staff?
