Assembler - 1st Shift - MB Airport

Position
Assemblers are responsible for building surface maintenance equipment according to blueprints and written specifications. Responsibilities Assembles component parts for products according to established specifications, schedules, and standards of quality.
Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components, along with attaching hardware and sealing assembly.
Solders, lugs, routes, and ties electrical components, along with calibrating unit according to specification(s).
Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, and functionality, along with performing inspections to ensure assemblies comply with applicable requirements.
Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies, along with reworks, repairs, or replacing faulty component parts.
Qualifications Be able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and schematic drawings.
Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
Use a variety of hand and power tools along with inspection equipment, and crate, pack, and move finished goods.
Report lot codes of components used in assemblies, and recording assemblies built.
Disassemble, replace parts, and assist in staging parts for painting as required. Enters information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.
