In this hands-on role, you'll prepare, hang, and inspect parts; assist with masking and basic surface prep; and support safe, efficient line flow. You'll monitor equipment, follow quality and safety standards, and keep work areas organized. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll communicate directly with supervisors, help improve processes, and support reliable, on-time service for local customers and partners.
