Starting Pay:

Health insurance Life insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Physical therapist Shoe reimbursement program Free uniforms PTO days Double time pay Essential job duties: Unpack and stage crusts Feed crusts onto line Cut and shred cheese Fill pepperoni, veggie and sausage machine Inspect pizzas for labels, and defects Perform checks on end weights of pizzas some production, packaging or assembly experience is helpful but training is provided High school diploma or GED a plus Ability to read labels, recipes, scales and food safety procedures, etc. Excellent attendance Detail orientated Physical requirements: Requires the ability to perform fast-paced manual labor including: Fast paced manual labor Standing and walking, 8-10 hours a day
Lifting:
varies by position Excellent hand-eye coordination Constant bending, twisting, reaching, repetitive wrist and hand motion Frequent overhead lifting, reaching, and stacking
Temperatures:
Frozen line with cooler temperatures
Efficiency:
Employees must meet or exceed production goals for yields, waste, and time usage.
Quality:
Employees must comply with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Dress code:
GMP's required in the plant. Hairnets, beard nets, and uniforms are worn. No watches, jewelry, piercings, false fingernails or nail polish permitted. No dresses, skirts, shorts, capris, or pants with holes.
Attendance:
Excellent attendance is a job requirement.
Safety:
Employees must comply with company safe practices.
General:
Employees will be expected to work to achieve company goals and to comply fully with all policies and procedures.
