Assembler Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to clarify requirements and ensure production and aesthetic standards are met for each project
  • Complete standard and routine production tasks in accordance with established procedures and timelines
  • Perform quality control tests as required to verify product compliance with specifications
  • Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of production orders
  • Assemble fabricated cabinets using pre-cut and kitted wood components, following established assembly procedures and quality standards
  • Perform additional finishing tasks, including sanding, installing drawers, and fitting hardware
  • Utilize adhesives, fasteners, clamps, and other assembly tools to securely join and fit components during the construction process
  • Interpret and apply specifications, drawings, and product detail sheets to execute assigned work accurately
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy throughout the assembly process
  • Operate woodworking machinery to produce finished edges and to bore or route holes required for fasteners and structural components
  • Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Verify measurements to ensure final products align with order specifications
  • Perform precision inlay work for metal fit and showcase/display assemblies involving integrated materials such as glass, fabric, and LED lighting
  • Ensure all materials are properly staged and prepared in accordance with project specifications
  • Maintain accurate and up to date inventory records for all materials and supplies
  • Maintain all equipment by executing preventive maintenance tasks and following manufacturer operating and care guidelines
