About us: BreatheSafe is a proud Australian and US based company that strives to develop, manufacture and sell world leading dust control and air quality solutions to any industry that is exposed to dust or airborne contaminant, both locally and internationally. As part of our exciting growth plans, we're looking for an Assembler to join our team in Janesville, WI.
About the role:
As an Assembler, you will be a key part of our production team, helping deliver high quality products that reflect our commitment to Unwavering Excellence. You will assemble components and products to specification, maintain accurate documentation, support safe and efficient operations, and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling parts, products, and components using hand tools and machinery, including wiring where required. Reading and interpreting diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and other instructions to complete work accurately. Providing written and photographic documentation of completed kits and escalating discrepancies or issues promptly. Working collaboratively with team members and responding to assembly related queries in a timely manner. Assisting with problem solving on the line. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace, and ensuring tools and equipment remain in good working order. Following all OHS, environmental, and quality requirements, including correct PPE use, hazard reporting, and participation in training. Supporting continuous improvement and carrying out other duties as reasonably requested by the Assembly Supervisor Hours of Work 6.00am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 12.30pm Friday Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend!
Flexibility Required:
Standard hours apply; however, shifts may occasionally adjust to meet business demands, including stocktake periods.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical role. Mechanically minded with competence in using hand tools and machinery. High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Works well both independently and as part of a team. Great communication skills with a collaborative approach. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quick to learn. Adaptable and proactive with a strong focus on safety.
