Summary:

A manufacturer in Johnson Creek is seeking an Assembler to accurately build equipment and products by following blueprints, work instructions, bills of materials, and established processes. The ideal candidate will use hand tools and manual presses, complete quality checks, identify and document defects, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while meeting production and quality standards.

2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities:

Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions. Assemble equipment and products using hand tools, drill guns, and manual presses. Perform quality checks, identify defects, complete required documentation, and rework or repair products as directed. Maintain workstation inventory and a clean, safe work area while following quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and written instructions. Ability to safely use common hand tools and work around moving mechanical equipment in a loud environment. Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands for assembly tasks, lift to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift to 75 pounds. #indMMIS
