Woodworker

Job Overview We are seeking dependable individuals to join a team producing high-quality wood products. This role involves working from drawings, using a variety of tools and materials, and contributing to a collaborative production environment. Responsibilities Interpret drawings and specifications to produce finished components Assemble custom products with attention to detail and quality Identify and resolve basic assembly issues Work with a range of materials and finishes Safely operate hand and power tools Qualifications Experience in woodworking Ability to read drawings and follow written instructions Proficiency with common woodworking tools Strong teamwork, communication skills, and reliability Willingness to work overtime when needed Formal training in woodworking is a plus Why Join the Team This opportunity offers stable employment in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
