Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing operations in the plant to support the production of parts in accordance with customer requirements and completing other plant duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.
Be able to work in a fully gowned clean room environment according to our procedures for the entirety of the shift and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate 2. Learn clean room classification requirements and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate with training 3. Be able to determine acceptability of parts with documentation that is provided to run the job and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate and document 4. Inspect plastic injection molded parts for defects and imperfections according to established procedures and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate and document findings 5. Weigh, label, bag, and box parts that pass inspection and meet quality standards in accordance to work instructions and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate and document 6. Review supporting product documentation and be able to effectively understand, document with training 7. Examine and explain product blueprints as required and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate process with training 8. Maintain cleanliness in workstation and all work areas and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate and document 9. Properly identify and locate essential tools that are required for product testing and be able to effectively understand, demonstrate and document 10. Complete other plant duties as assigned by shift supervisor including assisting and supporting the floor and other departments as needed. Education and Experience- High school education or equivalent
- Strong candidates would have the ability to effectively use tools associated with ensuring product quality including calipers and micrometers
- 1 - 2 years of Plastic Injection Molding experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a clean room environment Language Skills Has written and verbal control of the English language and ability to communicate effectively with others and be clearly understood.
