  • M-F, 5am
  • 1pm 2nd shift
  • M-F, 1pm

We're seeking motivated individuals who have basic welding experience or welding school training and are eager to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include:
Perform basic MIG welding on metal enclosure components Assemble frames, panels, doors, and other fabricated parts Read work instructions and simple blueprints to complete projects accurately Measure materials using tape measures and other basic measuring tools Prepare parts for welding, assembly, and finishing Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met Assist with moving materials and positioning components (training provided) Keep your work area organized while following all safety procedures Work alongside experienced team members to meet daily production goals #Manitowoc1
Requirements:
Basic MIG welding experience through work, school, or a training program Enjoy working with their hands and building quality products Can accurately read a tape measure Mechanical aptitude and enjoys problem-solving Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Work well independently and as part of a team Bonus Points If You Have Welding certifications or technical school training Experience reading blueprints Exposure to fabrication, mechanical assembly, cranes, or rigging If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to manitowoc@flexstaff.com.
