The Opportunity:

We're hiring a 2nd Shift Assembler (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). In this role, you'll help produce the high-quality products Hayes is known for, working with a variety of tools and processes. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in what they build and supports each other to get the job done.

What You'll Do:

Assemble products using drawings and written instructions Operate hand and power tools such as riveters, presses, testers, and air ratchets Set up jobs and adjust equipment for production Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Document production details and report issues as needed Assist teammates with training and support Prepare completed products for shipment Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area #BB2
