Job Description

Job Title:
Assembler - 2nd Shift Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for using hand and power tools to complete various customer orders, with a strong emphasis on safety as part of our structured training program. You will build metal brackets, operate machines to unwind copper wire, and wrap the wire around the brackets. We seek individuals who are mechanically inclined and have experience using hand and power tools, particularly drills, wrenches, and tape measures. Responsibilities Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders. Build metal brackets and operate machines to unwind copper wire. Wrap copper wire around the built brackets. Follow structured training programs focusing on safety. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to perform basic math and ruler reading. High school diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a lube tech or mechanic. Experience in mechanical assembly and coil winding. Ability to read blueprints. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to use safety glasses and wear steel-toed shoes. The shift runs from 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
