This individual will also perform work directly related to manufacturing of products. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Do assembly, deburring, drill press operation and setup.
• CNC or lathe operation.
• Run Presses as assigned.
• Measure parts hourly as outlined by Quality manager.
• Use ERP system to record labor hours.
• Report part flaws and confer with or refer major or critical inspection problems or decisions to Quality Assurance Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Support and adhere to all system procedures and company policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Keep all information confidential.
• Willing to work in an uncontrolled temperature environment.

Press Operator/Assembler Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 -2 year of manufacturing experience required
• 1 year of forklift experience preferred

Press Operator/Assembler Physical Demands:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Press Operator/Assembler Job Skill Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work standing and sitting
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Function as a team player by maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to assist
