Responsibilities include:

Assemble products using small components and hand tools Read work instructions, blueprints, and production travelers Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality Perform product testing as required Record production and quality information Follow safety and quality procedures Keep your work area organized and clean Report production or quality concerns Work as part of a team to meet production goals What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude who enjoy hands-on work. Required Willingness to learn Good attendance and reliability Basic math skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to perform repetitive assembly work Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Preferred (Not Required) Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Mechanical aptitude Basic computer/data entry skills Experience using hand tools Grow With TLX We believe in promoting from within.
