Job Description
Job Summary Using attention to detail, our Commercial Fence & Gate Fabricator is responsible for welding and fabricating high-quality gates on schedule that will later be transported to and installed on commercial and industrial job sites. This team member prioritizes safety, excellence & innovation aligning with Patriot Fence's core values. Primary Responsibilities Understand basic construction and welding practices Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work well with others using clear communication & innovative ideas Safely operate small to large equipment Perform high-quality fabrication work to keep our communities safe, secure & enjoyable Unload, organize & deliver materials as needed Assist in the field for install/removal/repair as needed Required Credentials Driver's License Some in-state travel Proper PPE usage including steel-toed boots Employee Benefits Competitive compensation w/ paid training & opportunity for growth 30 and 60-day reviews w/ opportunity of pay increase at each
