You will bring blueprints to life by fabricating and welding the essential components that power our custom systems. From mastering MIG/TIG welds on steel and aluminum to traveling (about 25% of the year) to see your hard work installed at customer sites, your craftsmanship will be the backbone of our global success. What You Bring to the
Table The Skill:
Proficiency in MIG welding (required) and TIG welding (a plus).
The Eye:
A sharp ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure with precision, and spot the smallest detail in a weld.
The Mindset:
A positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a desire to grow alongside your teammates.
The Basics:
High school diploma (technical welding degree preferred) and a solid grasp of basic math.
