Join Our Team as an Assembler!
Schedule:
2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour days. 3:30p- 1:30 a Are you looking for a hands-on role with a stable schedule and a great team environment? We're seeking motivated Assemblers to help produce high-quality injection-molded products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Assemble and process injection-molded parts according to work instructions.
Operate secondary equipment including:
sonic weld machines, pad print machines, automated assembly equipment and other production equipment as needed. Inspect parts for quality using visual and mechanical inspection methods. Read and follow written and verbal instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support other departments when needed. Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Mechancial Physical Requirements Ability to stand for a full 10-hour shift. Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements. Ability to handle and move parts and materials throughout the shift.
