This hands-on role could be the start you're looking for. Apply to this 2nd shift Paint Line Worker role in Waupaca, WI today!
Paint Line Worker Responsibilities:
  • Inspect all product at beginning, during, and end of process for defects and quality issues that will affect the visual aspects and performance of the coating
  • Load and unload castings on the line
  • Assist in equipment setup
  • Communicate quality control information to operators further up the line
  • Position completed product on skids and/or in containers per customer specifications Requirements for

  • Pride in your work: Ensure your work is high quality, done on time, and meets productivity standards and customer expectations

    Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Attention to detail: Spot defects quickly in a fast-paced environment and maintain close visual attention for sustained periods of time
  • Dexterity:
    A high degree of manual dexterity is key to success in this role
