We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Phenix City, Alabama manufacturing operation and help shape the future of our organization. This isn't just another Plant Manager position. What You'll Do As our Plant Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership for our Phenix City manufacturing facility while supporting the continued growth of our Montgomery operation through collaboration and leadership. Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience Automotive manufacturing experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred) Experience leading multiple functional departments Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Experience managing customer relationships, audits, and executive-level meetings Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
