Our team is working closely with the client on this search to connect them with a proven manufacturing leader who can make an immediate impact across operations, team development, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key manufacturing operation and lead both frontline leaders and associates in achieving critical business and customer objectives. The Manufacturing Operations Manager will have responsibility for production performance while driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing leaders and associates through performance management, mentoring, and talent development Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals and customer commitments are consistently achieved Manage operational performance through metrics, resource planning, production execution, and data analysis Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead time, and cost Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and sustainable process improvements throughout the operation Partner with Safety, Quality, Human Resources, Engineering, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives Lead safety initiatives, operational reviews, problem solving activities, and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements Manage operational budgets and resources to achieve financial and production objectives Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technology to support decision making, improve productivity, and strengthen operational performance Build a culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction Minimum Qualifications Bachelor degree ( REQUIRED) Master degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Business Management, or a related field Manufacturing leadership experience within forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or a similar manufacturing environment Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams and frontline leaders Strong problem solving, organizational, leadership, and communication skills Working knowledge of AI tools and technology with the ability to apply them to productivity, decision making, process improvement, and operational performance The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and profit sharing.
