Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days) What you will do: Champion a safety-first culture, including stop-work authority to maintain a safe work environment. Oversee production output and quality, making adjustments to meet specifications, improve efficiency, and resolve performance issues. Maintain a clean, safe work environment that reflects world-class standards. Lead employee performance in safety, quality, attendance, and overall job effectiveness. Build positive employee relations and support a high-performance team culture. Support the implementation of new processes, tools, and equipment. Improve team and departmental quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Supervise staff to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standard. Operate within established budget requirement. What you willBring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing experience preferred; candidates with an Associate degree and 9+ years of experience, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree, will also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability; well-developed oral and communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in supervision of multiple processes. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma preferred.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
