As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our overnight production team and help deliver the quality, safety, and efficiency our customers expect. What You'll Do Lead and support daily bakery production operations Ensure production, quality, safety, and labor goals are achieved Coach, develop, and motivate production team members and leads Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet production schedules Monitor product quality and compliance with GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards Identify and resolve production, staffing, quality, and equipment issues Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve performance Maintain accurate production, labor, and operational records Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen safety performance Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or GED Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams Preferred 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or bakery operations Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience Experience with production reporting, labor tracking, inventory control, or downtime management Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Experience in high-volume food manufacturing environments Bonus Qualifications FSMA or PCQI certification Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience Experience with ERP or production management systems Exposure to FDA, USDA, SQF, AIB, or customer audit requirements Schedule Expectations Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week Shift begins at 1:00 AM Availability for occasional extended shifts, weekends, and overtime as business needs require Why TDP Bakery?
