SALES MANAGER - ELECTRONIC CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

Chandler, AZ Key Responsibilities :

1. Bring in New Business through new account development and increasing volume with existing customer base. 2. Manage Sales & Customer Service Team. 3. Meet or exceed booking goals. Consistent focus on improving profitability. 4. Manage Quoting and Sales Booking process. Create and maintain Performance Matrix Reporting. 5. Good negotiator and high level of sales closing skills. Builder of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in Electronic Manufacturing - PCBA's and/or Box Builds - this is a MUST. 2. Management experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. 3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Details :

1. Full time on location with local and some out of town travel. 2.
