Project Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description

Project Manager - Manufacturing Clear Medical Imaging LLC | Tucson, AZ Full-Time | $30-$38/hour DOE Clear Medical Imaging LLC is seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to oversee custom mobile medical imaging projects from customer kickoff through fabrication, delivery, and closeout. This is a hands-on role working directly with customers, our CEO, fabrication teams, vendors, and equipment partners. You will be responsible for keeping multiple projects organized, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements. Our projects combine manufacturing, construction, specialty vehicles, and medical equipment. Medical imaging experience is not required —we are looking for a strong project manager who can learn our products and industry. What You'll Do Lead customer project meetings and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the project Coordinate with customers, leadership, fabrication teams, vendors, and equipment partners Manage project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and outstanding action items Track customer requirements, design selections, drawings, equipment specifications, and approvals Ensure approved design elements and project requirements are communicated to the fabrication team Assist with sourcing and ordering equipment, parts, materials, and supplies Monitor project budgets, purchases, costs, and changes Provide project budget updates and final cost reports Maintain organized project documentation and correspondence Identify potential scheduling, budget, or production issues and work with the team to resolve them Coordinate equipment installation, customer training, delivery, and project closeout Manage multiple active projects at various stages of completion What We're Looking For Previous project management experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines Excellent customer-facing communication skills Experience tracking project budgets and costs Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and technical project requirements Comfortable working in both an office and active manufacturing/fabrication environment Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Manufacturing or fabrication Construction Specialty vehicles, RVs, trailers, or automotive upfitting Medical equipment Equipment installation Procurement or purchasing Job-cost or project-based financial tracking A PMP certification and medical imaging experience are not required . The Right Fit We're looking for someone who takes ownership. You should be comfortable following up when something is outstanding, asking questions when something doesn't look right, communicating issues early, and making sure important details don't fall through the cracks. Because our projects are highly customized, you'll need to be comfortable adapting as requirements change and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
Pay:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience
