Manufacturing Manager $120,000 - $140,000 + Day Shift + Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) + PTO Camarillo, CA (Commutable from: Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Santa Paula, Moorpark, Newbury Park) Are you a Manufacturing Manager looking to step into a hands-on leadership role where you can drive performance and build a high-performing production team? Do you have experience leading manufacturing operations, improving KPIs, and delivering on-time production in a fast-paced environment? This is a permanent, on-site position with an innovative manufacturer, offering a strong salary package and a stable Monday-Friday day shift. You'll have real ownership of manufacturing execution, daily priorities, and the results that matter most: safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You'll join a business with increasing demand and a constant innovation roadmap, meaning the environment stays dynamic and improvement-focused. With products used across industries including manufacturing, robotics, medical, and defense-related markets, you'll be leading operations that support high-value, technical products. Based in Camarillo, you'll lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, coach supervisors and leads, own production scheduling and capacity planning, and drive Lean initiatives alongside Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
