$130,000 - $145,000
Location:
Camarillo, CA (on-site)Join a growing manufacturer of advanced electronic and motion control products used in industrial automation, aerospace, robotics, defense, medical, and other high-tech industries. We are seeking an experiencedManufacturing Operations Managerto lead all manufacturing operations within an electronics production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for production execution, team development, operational performance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in electronics manufacturing, Lean principles, and leading high-performing production teams.

What You Will Be DoingLead daily manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and on-time production of electronic assemblies and related products. Own production schedule execution, capacity planning, labor utilization, and manufacturing performance while developing supervisors, leads, and production personnel. Drive operational excellence through KPI management, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.

What You Need for this Position7+ years of manufacturing experience within an electronics manufacturing environment3+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, leads, and production personnelStrong knowledge of electronic assembly, testing processes, manufacturing operations, and production control systemsExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologiesDemonstrated success meeting production schedules, customer delivery commitments, and operational KPIsExperience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing reporting toolsStrong understanding of quality systems, ISO 9001 standards, process controls, and manufacturing best practicesExperience hiring, developing, coaching, and leading manufacturing teamsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferredExperience in industrial automation, power electronics, motion control, servo drives, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO + Holidays401(k) plan with company matchWellness program
