Production Manager - Sign Shop We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations in a busy commercial sign shop. The ideal candidate will have sign industry experience , strong leadership and organizational skills, and hands-on knowledge of CNC router operation and production processes .

Responsibilities include:

Manage daily shop production, workflow, and scheduling Supervise and coordinate production employees Operate and troubleshoot CNC router equipment Review job specifications, drawings, and production requirements Maintain quality control and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate materials, fabrication, and job readiness Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shop

Qualifications:

Previous sign shop or sign manufacturing experience required CNC router experience required Strong fabrication and production knowledge Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with commercial signage, aluminum, ACM, plastics, HDU, and related materials preferred Full-time position. Compensation based on experience.

Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
