Foster a culture of safety and quality. Supervise, assign, and prioritize work for chemical operators and shift personnel. Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement. Monitor DCS systems, equipment, and workflows to hit daily production targets. Direct swing shift operations and support Synthesis and Paste production. Resolve process and equipment issues alongside maintenance, lab, and technical teams.
