We are seeking an experienced, hands-on manufacturing leader who can drive production efficiency, improve workflow, and lead a high-performing production team. Candidates who are open to relocating are encouraged to apply. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production line operations to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives. Understand and optimize production process flow to maximize efficiency. Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to build a strong, accountable team. Coordinate with purchasing and inventory to ensure parts and materials are available when needed. Monitor labor hours, staffing, and production metrics while maintaining cost efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements that streamline production and increase productivity. Oversee manufacturing operations including assembly, paint, hydraulic systems, and 12-volt electrical assembly. Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production challenges. Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience managing a manufacturing production team. Strong understanding of production process flow and continuous improvement practices. Experience with assembly manufacturing operations. Knowledge of paint processes, hydraulic systems, and 12-volt electrical systems. Experience planning labor hours, production scheduling, and resource allocation. Demonstrated success improving workflow, reducing bottlenecks, and increasing operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$120,000-$130,000 DOE Exceptional candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a higher salary.
