We are looking for Manufacturing Manager who will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently and that the output of production meets on time delivery requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safe practices are used throughout production and that health and safety regulations are met Set up a detailed production schedule Solve problems, provide recovery plans, and inform relevant parties on deviations Identify bottlenecks regarding resources and put plans in place to mitigate or avoid them Realize the planned output on all deliverables of production Ensure that the level of know-how and the training of the teams is sufficient to be able to realize all plans Ensure the quality of the output of production meets full production specifications: though effective production processes and sufficient know-how/training Confirm adequate staffing of the teams to support a productive working atmosphere in order to ensure flexibilityEducation and Experience:
BS degree in business, engineering or science degree Minimum 5 years of project management experience or operations management Strong leadership, communication, problem solving Ability to lead a multi-disciplined team Understanding of engineering, supply chain, production, and quality processesJob Type:
