Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across product development, NPI, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives. Track program KPIs, risks, issues, and corrective actions. Serve as the primary customer interface and manage escalations. Drive NPI/product lifecycle activities and production ramp. Manage program financials and P&L accountability. Support customer relationships, contract discussions, and business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 7+ years of program/project management experience. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, hardware, or NPI . Strong leadership, customer management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of cross-functional operations and business processes.

Pay:

$43.00 - $46.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
