full-time Responsibility Champion a culture of safety, ethics, compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring the well-being of team members remains the top operational priority Lead plant operations through effective use of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar) to optimize production scheduling, inventory accuracy, work order execution, cost control, and operational performance Own full plant P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, variance analysis, and execution of capital and continuous improvement projects that drive profitability and operational excellence Build and develop a high-performing workforce through recruiting, training, coaching, succession planning, cross-training initiatives, and leadership development of supervisors and frontline leaders Drive operational results by improving safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, yield, and scrap performance while monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions when needed Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, fostering cross-functional collaboration and leading structured problem-solving initiatives using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, and team-based root cause analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required; equivalent combination of 5-10 years of relevant operational leadership experience will also be considered Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive operational excellence, provide strategic direction, and hold teams accountable for disciplined execution and achieving business objectives Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, workforce management, budgeting, and performance-driven decision-making Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and resilience, with the ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations while maintaining ethical and professional standards Excellent critical thinking, problem identification, performance monitoring, and time management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency Ask for: Aarti Manchanda Salary- $135k - $155k /annum Clearbridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
