We are currently seeking a talented Food Production Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional food products to our valued customers. Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency Hire, train, and manage production staff, including setting and monitoring performance goals Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product launches Create and maintain inventory records and manage raw material inventory levels Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards, including HACCP and GMP Identify and address production issues and area(s) for improvement Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in production facilities Prepare production reports and communicate with upper management regarding production goals and results Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in food production management Extensive knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety regulations Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions effectively Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company Collaborative work environment Potential for career advancement within the company
