Competitive RPS Recruitment is recruiting exclusively on behalf of a global aerospace manufacturer known for engineering innovation, operational excellence, advanced manufacturing, and continuous improvement. You will own an off shift, leading production of complex, highly engineered aerospace components. Your Impact Lead concise shift kickoffs; set and communicate clear production priorities Allocate labor effectively and manage performance metrics in real time Coach Team Leads via structured mentoring and regular 1:1s Uphold safety and quality standards; identify and remove production obstacles Deliver rigorous handovers for smooth shift-to-shift continuity What You'll Need 3-5+ years supervising teams in aerospace or defense manufacturing Demonstrated ability to independently lead production in a regulated environment and meet delivery targets Fluency with Lean/CI tools for process improvement Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP Exposure to mechanical assembly, hydraulics, actuators, valves, or precision manufacturing Why Join Autonomy to make operational decisions with minimal support Long-term runway through December 2027 to drive measurable improvements Work within a high-performing, experienced production team in a globally trusted aerospace organization All successful applicants will be contacted within two working days.
