Job Description

Job Summary AppleOne is recruiting a Capital Project Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with a growing dairy and food processing operation in Tulare, CA. This role will lead capital equipment, facility improvement, and engineering projects that directly support production capacity, operational efficiency, food safety, and long-term plant growth. The Capital Project Manager will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, contractors, and equipment vendors to move projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and successful handoff. This is a strong opportunity for a project-focused manufacturing professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving production environments, and working with supportive leadership in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Lead capital equipment and facility improvement projects from planning and budgeting through installation, startup, commissioning, and completion. Manage project scope, schedules, cost estimates, resources, vendor deliverables, and leadership status updates. Coordinate equipment procurement, RFPs, supplier evaluations, contractor activities, FAT, SAT, documentation, and warranty requirements. Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and contractors to minimize production disruption and ensure operational readiness. Ensure projects comply with GMPs, OSHA requirements, food safety standards, environmental regulations, sanitation needs, and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve automation, throughput, reliability, yield, efficiency, cost savings, and overall manufacturing performance.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$85,000 to $95,000 per year.
