About the Role As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will lead high-volume production teams to drive operational excellence and meet critical output targets. You will leverage your expertise in food safety and process optimization to ensure our facility maintains peak efficiency while upholding the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Direct daily manufacturing workflows, encompassing processing, packaging, and rigorous quality assurance protocols. Architect and execute production schedules that align with customer demand, focusing on waste reduction and throughput optimization. Champion a culture of safety and compliance by strictly adhering to USDA, FDA, GMP, HACCP, and
FSSC 22000
standards. Mentor and develop production personnel, fostering a high-performance environment that consistently meets organizational KPIs. Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate proactive equipment maintenance to eliminate downtime and production bottlenecks. Analyze production data to generate actionable insights and performance reports for senior leadership. Required Skills Extensive professional experience within a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in leading teams and resolving complex operational challenges. Deep technical knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems. Proficiency in ERP software and data-driven performance reporting. Preferred Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Proven organizational capabilities in resource allocation and scheduling.
