As a Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting industrial facility projects. Lead hands-on project execution for manufacturing facility developments, expansions, and modernization efforts from concept through commissioning Manage process planning advisory services, working directly with manufacturing engineers and operations teams to optimize workflows and facility layouts Oversee power infrastructure projects including electrical upgrades, backup power systems, and energy distribution improvements critical to manufacturing operations Coordinate with plant managers, maintenance teams, and production staff to minimize operational disruptions during project execution Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution with a focus on manufacturing downtime impacts and production constraints What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or a related technical field PMP certification or equivalent project management certification Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial facilities, or heavy commercial/industrial construction environments Proven track record of managing complex manufacturing facility projects/CAPEX Hands-on experience working in active manufacturing environments with understanding of production operations, safety protocols, and minimal-downtime project execution What's in it for me?
