General Manager - GWI Chemical Company Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and financial success of GWI Chemical Company. This executive leads manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, sales support, environmental health and safety (EHS), and administrative functions to achieve strategic business objectives. The General Manager drives operational excellence, sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership Develop and execute the company's strategic and annual operating plans. Provide overall leadership for manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, maintenance, finance, and human resources. Drive profitable revenue growth while optimizing operational efficiency. Identify new business opportunities and support commercial growth initiatives. Establish performance goals aligned with corporate objectives. Manufacturing & Operations Direct all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. Improve manufacturing productivity through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource utilization. Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality standards. Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to maximize equipment uptime. Supply Chain & Procurement Manage sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance. Develop strategic supplier relationships to improve cost, quality, and supply continuity. Reduce inventory while maintaining customer service levels. Implement supply chain risk mitigation strategies. Financial Management Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Monitor financial performance including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, operating expenses, and cash flow. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Evaluate capital investment opportunities and business expansion projects. Quality & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and chemical manufacturing regulations. Maintain compliance with
