Oversee multiple sites Defined growth path About Our Client Our client is a well-established global manufacturer with a significant footprint across North America, producing precision metal-fabricated components and fastening solutions for a diverse range of industries. With a strong presence in the automotive market, the organization continues to build on its sustained growth and operational success. They are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead site performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall operational efficiency Job Description Lead day to day production operations Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and AS9100 Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
