We are a growing science based manufacturer located in Boulder and are looking to add a Production Manager to drive our Cryogenic Systems Manufacturing team forward! This role is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations for highly engineered cryogenic and precision electromechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors of Science required, Masters or PhD preferred Experience leading manufacturing teams in a production or technical operations environment. Experience managing production schedules, workforce resources, operational priorities, and performance metrics. Experience partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and other functions to resolve production constraints. Experience in semiconductor equipment, cryogenic systems, precision instrumentation, aerospace, medical device, advanced electronics, industrial automation, or related industries. Experience with lean manufacturing, new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, or process improvement initiatives.
