You will drive operational excellence by integrating engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to maximize efficiency, profitability, and on-time delivery in a high-mix manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities, maintenance, and logistics to ensure consistent, high-quality output and reliable customer fulfillment. Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship by strictly enforcing regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation. Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to cultivate a high-performance, results-oriented workplace. Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies, such as SMED and 5S, to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.
