You will drive operational excellence by integrating engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to maximize efficiency, profitability, and on-time delivery in a high-mix manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Direct daily production activities, maintenance, and logistics to ensure consistent, high-quality output and reliable customer fulfillment. Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship by strictly enforcing regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation. Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to cultivate a high-performance, results-oriented workplace. Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies, such as SMED and 5S, to eliminate waste and optimize process flow. Manage the value stream P&L, focusing on cost-reduction initiatives and effective resource allocation to meet financial objectives. Utilize data-driven problem-solving techniques to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize scrap rates. Collaborate with technical and commercial departments to align manufacturing capabilities with evolving market demands and customer requirements. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in machine shop management or complex manufacturing. 3+ years of proven leadership experience in a production environment.
