Full time A growing aerospace and space technology organization is looking for an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead production planning for highly engineered propulsion systems and spacecraft hardware. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the production planning team, developing and managing master production schedules, coordinating materials and capacity, and partnering across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance to ensure programs stay on track. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field 3-5+ years of production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain experience 3+ years of leadership/management experience Strong ERP/MRP experience; Costpoint or NetSuite preferred Experience managing master production schedules and capacity planning Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills Aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing experience is a plus APICS certification, Lean/Six Sigma, or procurement experience is a plus Why Consider It?
