A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee customizing, warehouse, and logistics operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple departments while leading a workforce of more than 200 employees through their management team.Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for customizing, warehouse, and logistics operations. Lead department managers and oversee a workforce of 200+ employees. Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage inventory control, order fulfillment, assembly, and shipping operations. Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements. Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and resource plans. Partner with production, quality, and customer service teams. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies. Promote Lean manufacturing principles and a high-performance culture.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 7+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics. Experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Experience withSAP S/4HANA, SAP
EWM, or similar ERP/WMS platforms. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Lean, continuous improvement, and KPI-driven management experience preferred. Why Join This Opportunity?Competitive base salary:
