You will leverage your expertise in Lean manufacturing and data-driven decision-making to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet production targets and divisional goals. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement effective operational solutions. Champion Lean-Process improvement initiatives and Cellular/Flow Manufacturing strategies to boost productivity and balance product flow. Manage preventative maintenance schedules for production equipment and tooling to minimize downtime. Develop and mentor staff through robust training programs, fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Maintain a high-standard work environment by implementing 5S methodologies to enhance safety and organization. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure 100% on-time delivery and superior customer service. Ensure full compliance with ISO, QS, and AS quality standards across all production activities. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools. Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Technical knowledge of mechanical product offerings and assembly processes. Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Experience in developing and executing cross-training procedures for operational proficiency.
