Job Description

Role Summary The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at both of Foxtronics' CT locations: Windsor and Milford Must be eligible to work in compliance with
U.S. ITAR
regulations, including access to export-controlled information. The Site General Manager (GM) is responsible for the full operational, financial, and strategic performance of the manufacturing site. This role owns site-level P&L, drives execution of enterprise strategy, and ensures delivery of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash (SQDCC) targets. The General Manager leads cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Programs to deliver scalable, compliant, and profitable manufacturing performance. The General Manager establishes a high-performance culture, drives continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Strategic & Business Leadership Own site P&L performance including revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow Develop and execute annual operating plan (AOP), including CapEx and productivity roadmap Translate enterprise strategy into site-level execution plans Drive growth through onboarding of new programs and customer expansion Serve as escalation point for operational, financial, and customer issues Operational Excellence & Execution Lead all manufacturing operations (SMT, through-hole, assembly, test) Deliver KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost Implement daily management systems and KPI governance Drive throughput, capacity optimization, and asset utilization Ensure robust maintenance and reliability programs Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, AS9100, and FDA requirements Lead audits and customer compliance activities Own RCCA, CAPA, and continuous quality improvement Ensure traceability and process control Customer & Commercial Leadership Act as executive interface for key customers Drive Voice of Customer into operations Support quoting, contract review, and NPI Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Supply Chain & Materials Lead procurement, planning, and inventory management Drive supplier performance and cost reduction Improve material flow and inventory accuracy Support enterprise supply chain initiatives People & Culture Leadership Build and develop leadership team Drive accountability and performance management Partner with HR on hiring and succession planning Foster culture of ownership and continuous improvement Continuous Improvement & Transformation Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives Implement structured problem solving (DMAIC, 8D, PDCA) Drive CI tied to financial impact Standardize processes and reduce variability Safety & Environmental Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Promote proactive safety culture • Maintain audit-ready facility conditions Leadership Competencies Strategic thinking Financial acumen Customer focus Data-driven decision making Change leadership Team development Financial & Cash Performance Drive EBITDA improvement through productivity and cost control Optimize labor efficiency and staffing models Improve inventory turns and reduce excess/obsolete inventory Manage spending against budget with strong cost discipline Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience Full P&L ownership experience Strong financial acumen EMS and regulated industry experience preferred Must be eligible to work in compliance with
U.S. ITAR
regulations, including access to export-controlled information.
